Apple Yogurt Donuts

A snack is always complete with a crunchy and sweet apple treat! This snack is pumped with extra protein, for extra fullness between meals.

Ingredients

1 Ontario Apple
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 sprinkling nuts, seeds, or dried fruit
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cut your apples in slices, then use a corer or knife to make a circle cut in the centre.
  2. Spread a layer of yogurt as your ‘frosting’.
  3. Top with your favourite nuts, seeds or fruit
